Precision Injection Molding for Low-Volume and High-Volume Projects

Vertical integration allows us to handle plastic injection molding manufacturing projects of virtually any size, and we work with a broad range of materials, including PVC.

With quality-driven processes, we ensure that your parts are made to the highest possible dimensional and cosmetic quality standards. Equipment used includes 80-500 ton hydraulic, horizontal toggle machines and a vertical press used primarily for insert molding.

We run manual and automatic unscrewing molds, and all presses can be equipped with driers or chillers as necessary to run your parts. Threaded inserts, bushings or other metallic inserts can be supplied by our in-house precision machining department.

Experience Machining Industry Standard & Specialty Materials

We have over 30 years of experience running glass-filled and unfilled engineering-grade materials.

Materials commonly run include:

  • Nylon
  • Acetal
  • PVC
  • Polypropylene
  • Polyethylene
  • Polystyrene
  • Polyester
  • Polycarbonate
  • Santoprene and other TPE’s

Other plastic injection molding materials are available as needed. We work with you to select the right option for your application.
